Daniel Williams, MD, is a family medicine physician at Warehouse Primary Care & Specialty Clinic. He has over 25 years of experience in the medical field, demonstrating his passion for providing quality health care to his patients.

With a background in law, Dr. Williams began his education at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, receiving his bachelor’s degree in commerce and business administration. Later, earning his juris doctorate from Birmingham School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Williams practiced as an attorney of criminal and corporate law.

After this, Dr. Williams worked as an investment executive for a time. However, upon discovering his passion for health care, he went on to pursue his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama.

After achieving his medical degree, Dr. Williams completed his residency in family medicine at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina. During this time, he also served in the prompt care unit at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, providing care for approximately 100 patients daily.

Returning to Alabama, Dr. Williams cared for patients at Cullman Primary Care in Cullman, Alabama, served as a medical director at Urgent Care Center, LLC, in Cullman, Alabama, and developed a private practice in general medicine & urgent care services at Williams Prompt Care, PC, in Cullman, Alabama.

Dr. Williams enjoys sharing his experience with the Warehouse Primary Care & Specialty Clinic team and looks forward to providing the utmost care to families and individuals. He will be providing Family Medical Care & Acute Care Walk-In services.

Celia Fernandez, MD

Rheumatology Physician

Celia Fernandez, MD, brings more than three decades of experience to her role at Warehouse Primary Care & Specialty Clinic in Cullman, Alabama. Over that time, Dr. Fernandez has seen many changes in how health care is delivered but remains dedicated to giving patients her undivided attention and the best care. Dr. Fernandez earned her medical degree at Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She went on to complete her internship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a residency at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center in Camden, New Jersey. She also completed fellowship training in rheumatology.

Over the years, Dr. Fernandez has gained experience in a wide range of treatment settings. She has cared for patients in primary care and through roles in sports medicine and arthritis clinics. In addition to the technical proficiency and experience Dr. Fernandez brings to her practice, she also understands the importance of creating a trusting bond between patient and practitioner. Dr. Smith’s expertise and empathy have earned her the respect of her colleagues and the trust of her patients.

Dr. Smith obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Alabama, where her passion for science and helping others flourished. She then pursued her Medical Doctor Degree at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine, solidifying her commitment to a career in medicine. Driven by her desire to make a tangible difference, she specialized in dermatology and internal medicine through an Internal Medicine Residency Program and a Dermatology Residency Program at the prestigious University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dr. Smith’s exceptional performance and leadership skills were evident throughout her training. She served as Chief Resident during her Dermatology Residency Program, showcasing her expertise and dedication. Her contributions to the field were recognized when she was elected President of the Alabama Dermatologic Society from 1998 to 1999, highlighting her leadership abilities and the high regard in which she is held by her peers.

With 27 years of experience in dermatology, Dr. Smith has honed her skills and knowledge in the field. She has worked in esteemed practices, including her own Smith Dermatology, P.C. Additionally, she has contributed to the academic community as a Volunteer Faculty in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Smith’s insights have been published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, further establishing her as a respected voice in the field.

Dr. Smith’s expertise is supported by her board certifications as a Diplomate in both the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Ashley has extensive experience assisting patients in cardiovascular care settings. She’s also held a leadership role in coordinating care. After this, she served as a registered nurse and nurse mentor at Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman, Alabama. Eager to continue her education, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Alabama. Shortly after earning her bachelor’s degree, Jessica achieved her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Specializing in internal medicine, Jessica went on to provide care to rheumatology patients as a nurse practitioner at Cullman Internal Medicine and Cullman Regional Medical Group in Cullman, Alabama. In addition to holding her license as a registered nurse in Alabama, Jessica has certification in advanced cardiovascular life support and pediatric advanced life support. Kimberly Flowers, MSN, FNP-C

Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner

Kimberly “Kim” Flowers is an American Academy of Nurse Practitioners board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a wealth of experience in nursing and advanced practice. She earned her master’s in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama in 2014, following her bachelor’s in nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2012, where she achieved Dean’s List recognition. Her nursing journey began with an associate’s in nursing from Jefferson State Community College in 2003.

Kim is a dedicated member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). With over 11 years of experience in cardiac nursing, she has also worked across diverse settings including medical-surgical, ICU, ER, GI Lab, and PACU. Her passion for palliative care led to 2 years of specialized experience in this field as a registered nurse.

Transitioning to a nurse practitioner over 9 years ago, Kim has honed her skills in women’s health, primary care, urgent/emergent care, and pediatrics. Her comprehensive background and commitment to patient care make her a valued healthcare provider dedicated to improving health outcomes and promoting wellness in our community.

In May of 2024, Kim joined the Warehouse Primary Care & Specialty Clinic as a valued member of our Primary Care Team with a strong focus on acute care and walk-in patients. Known for her compassionate approach and thorough care, she is now accepting new primary care patients who appreciate her dedication and expertise.

Lori Henry, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Lori Henry, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a highly-skilled nurse practitioner and an integral part of the team at Warehouse Primary Care & Specialty Clinic in Cullman, Alabama. Nancy Cornell, MSN, FNP-C

Nancy Cornell is a dedicated healthcare professional whose journey began with a solid foundation in nursing. Graduating from Bevill State Community College in 2010 with an Associate Degree in Nursing, she swiftly advanced her education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in 2017. Her thirst for knowledge and commitment to excellence led her to achieve a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program, from the University of Alabama at Huntsville in 2022.
Throughout her career, Nancy has gained invaluable experience across various healthcare settings. She spent three years in the Neuro Intensive Care Unit, followed by two years in the Gastrointestinal Surgery Stepdown Unit, and a year in the Cardiac Stepdown Unit. Her journey continued with nine years of service in the Emergency Department, where she honed her skills in critical care and emergency medicine.
Nancy’s dedication to patient care is evident through her certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Additionally, she is an active member of esteemed professional organizations, including the American Nurses Association, Emergency Nurses Association, North Alabama Nurse Practitioner Association, and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
In December of 2023, Nancy joined the Warehouse Primary Care & Specialty Clinic as a valued member of the Rheumatology Team. Her transition to the role of Family Nurse Practitioner prior to joining Warehouse Primary Care demonstrated her versatility and expertise in providing comprehensive healthcare services. Patients appreciate Nancy’s compassionate approach and her ability to establish meaningful connections, ensuring they receive the highest quality medical care tailored to their needs.
